Our speciality is interior & exterior prep and painting. We have experience working with many different types of surfaces such as Wood, Stucco, Plasters, Textures, Concrete and Metal.
One of the most important steps of any interior or exterior painting job is preparation. We make sure that we do this crucial step right, so the rest of the job goes easily:
STEP 1: We talk with the customer to determine their needs, their color preference and their end result expectations.
STEP 2: We cover and move any items that may be in our way
STEP 3: We inspect all surfaces for any paint that is peeling off or cracks that may need to be repaired. At this point, we also apply the right materials or primers to ensure well bondage and long durability
STEP 4: We apply our high-quality paints evenly and cleanly to ensure complete coverage
STEP 5: We carefully remove our prep materials to reveal our beautiful work!
We also specialize in refinishing cabinets, hand rails, or furniture. We can take old or worn out items and create a new look or a new solid paint color.
We can make pre-painted, solid color cabinets look like realistic wood or any antique finish.
STEP 1: We use a product called Quick Dry (QD) Varnish From Amteco Products.
STEP 2: We clean and disinfect all areas properly using a special cleaner that is recommended by the Quick Dry Varnish Supplier
STEP 3: We always apply the right amount of sealer & delude our material as needed
ABOUT QD VARNISH: It can be tinted to a stain color or to a solid color and has been tested by the supplier store in San Diego and by our company to insure proper bonding and durability.
It has proper adhesion, is self-priming, is UV and heat esistant, and is very tough. QD Varnish works great for bathrooms and kitchens and also has a proper bonding with a proper wax and grease cleaning and sanding to any pre-finish areas such as lacquer, varnish, oil base paint, water base gloss paint, etc.
QD Varnish will provide a nice and smooth finish and long durability over the years better than any other interior sealer.
